Guest User	If you look at the official chadstone development update site, you'll see that they have not updated it at all since October - the Oct 06 edition of the Community Newsletter (in PDF format) is the only thing they have. Given this, as well as the lack of newsletters for residents, it would seem that they [Greedy Gandels] only care about getting the development done whatever it takes, without the risks of stirring up residents by giving them too much information. Some residents would only be too happy to lodge a complaint or object to the development, and by providing minimal info, the shopping centre stand a better chance at mitigating this.
