Long iPad queues expected at Chadstone Apple store

With the impending release of the Apple iPad on Friday 28th May 2010, long queues are expected outside the Chadstone Apple store.
Those who have pre-ordered the iPad will be able to receive their pad fairly quickly, however anyone who hasn't pre-ordered will have to be prepared to wait. The store opens at 8am on Friday. News sources say earlybirds and die-hard iPad buyers arriving in the early hours of the morning will be issued with numbered tickets, and will be escorted to the Apple store by Chadstone security staff when it opens for business.
The queue tickets and security staff will prevent queue jumpers and possible jostling or fights.
