Reports of slow and overcrowded buses at Chadstone

Reports in the Stonnington leader have described buses to and from Chadstone Shopping Centre, especially the 903 route, were increasingly overcrowded and traffic delays causing 'gaps of up to 45 minutes' between services on weekends.
