Chadstone open for 34 hour trade, Parking difficult

Chadstone Shopping centre has opened at 8am for its 34 hour marathon trade, and will close tomorrow (24th December, Christmas Eve) at 6pm.
Centre Manager, Daniel Sutton, says "you'd be surprised the amount of people who actually shop in those early hours of the morning. We'll also have a lot of fun and activities going on thoughout the centre with prizes and giveaways".
During this period, it will be extremely difficult to find a carparking space. It is recommended that shoppers take public transport, or have another family member or friend drop them off and return for pickup later.
Important note on parking: Do not park in the surrounding residential streets. These streets are designated as a permit zone, and parking there without a permit or other authority will result in infringement notices (fines) being issued by Stonnington Council.
