Indepedent panel appointed by Stonnington to discuss Chadstone Amendment C154

Stonnington Council have voted to appoint an independant panel to discuss the proposed $500 million Chadstone Shopping expansion.
Council "identified a number of important conditions to be recommended to the Panel to address community concerns in relation to urban design, amenity, traffic and planning controls".
The panel will discuss the contentious issues of residential amenity, traffic, Chadstone Rd curfew, building envelopes and transport.
