Middle Rd Median Strip under construction - Chadstone Development Discussions - Chadstone Development Discussions Friday and Saturday saw a flurry of construction workers tending to Middle Road. Trees have been planted at the Western end, while the Eastern end at the Warrigal Road intersection's median stip is taking shape rapidly.
