Customers confused by inner facade, new underground parking entrance opens

A long stretch of temporary walls now covers a number of closed shops, starting with the butcher and ending at AutoBarn.
An illuminated 'Coles' sign is still present, dis-orienting shoppers (even though the Bilo store closed many weeks ago).
The new entrance to the undergound carpark has been opened to traffic. This carpark is connected with the original Chadstone
Place underground carpark. The building and construction works above ground are still far from complete, although
the structure has become very substantial in size.
