Extended Chadstone Opening Hours for 2008

Earlier this week, Chadstone Shopping Centre altered its trading hours
(according to the timetable released a month ago),
progressively staying open later into the night.
The extended Chadstone trading hours will be the first major test of
how well the new roads and carpark infrastructure hold up to the demands of
Christmas shopping in 2008. Specifically, residents will be keeping an eye
on how well the modified roads will keep shopping traffic separated from
residential areas.
Normal trading hours will be reinstated shortly after the New Year in
early January 2009.
