Webster Street roadblocks put in place

Today the roadblocks have been put in place.
What does this mean?
- Residents on Webster Street, on the south side of Middle Road, will have to go via Castlebar and Capon Street if they are to get onto Warrigal Road to go towards Princes Hwy during peak times (using the traffic lights).
- Residents on Warrigal Road (between Castlebar and Middle Rd) now need to go up to Capon street in order to "go around the block" when getting home, if they are travelling in a southerly direction down Warrigal Road.
- Residents on webster st who live near the construction works will have limited pedestrian access. This would inconvenience shoppers who wish to walk to the Shopping Centre.
