Capon Street (Chadstone) blocked

Today, Capon St was also blocked. At least pedestrians can still (at this stage) walk on the footpath to get home from shopping trips.
It looks to be the start of a long period of inconvenience, noise and dust for adjacent residents. But as the Shopping Centre have said, it will be worthwhile. Lets hope so.
