New Underpass opens, Old Middle Rd Closed

The new underpass has been opened to traffic - this occurred as soon as the new traffic signals (on warrigal road) were operational. So far, two inbound (uphill) lanes are open and a single outbound lane exists. The old, original part of middle road has been closed to traffic. Residents of Webster St South and also those along Middle Road cannot use middle road as an exit to Warrigal Road.
Most of these redirections were done during the night, producing sometimes loud noises for nearby residents.
