Concrete bollards are being installed to create a semi-protected pedestrian path from the Coles multi-level carpark to the building entrance. The bollards will create a safe path for shoppers moving between their cars and the Centre. This is not unusual following recent terrorist attacks to pedestrians in the CBD.
The old bus bays are in the process of being converted into new carparking spaces.
