Woolworths to close down on 4 February

To make way for construction of the new food pavilion, the Woolworths Chadstone store will be closing down from 6pm on 4 February 2024.
Effective 15 January, operating hours for the supermarket will also be reduced to close at 8pm nightly instead of 10pm. Staff have also been temporarily re-allocated to other Woolworths stores in surrounding areas.
This closure comes about 45 days after Coles and Aldi were re-opened after extensive re-development of the eastern end of the centre.
The future opening date of a new re-built Woolworths Chadstone store has yet to be announced.
