CDL Constructions undertake property survery in Chadstone

Residents on Webster and Capon street, who are near Middle Road have been surveyed by CDL Constructions (the company who appears to hold the development contract).
The "Existing Condition Survey" has been undertaken as there will be anticipated damage to nearby dwellings. It will stop residents from claiming more damages than they are entitled to, should compensation be required after the development is completed.
