Graffiti and Vandalism: Persistent problem continues

At the end of May 2009, vandals applied graffiti to the retaining walls along the newly lowered Middle Road.
ChadstoneDevelopment.com previously speculated that the new road revampment would be the target of vandalism due to the secluded nature of the surrounded streets (
Secluded area target for vandals, business as usual after eerie silence). This has now been surpassed, with graffiti appearing even on road traffic areas.
In order to prevent further vandalism, the new architecture needs to be monitored more frequently.
